The Med Company Team

Wisam is one of the founders, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Medical Officer of The Med Company. Wisam has been a cardiologist at St Jansdal Hospital since March 2019 and has 18+ years of experience in the medical field. After his medicine studies at the UvA, Wisam did a specialization in multimodality cardiovascular imaging. Wisam is also Fellow of European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging (EACVI) and Member of the European Society of Cardiology.

Zaid is one of the founders and Chief Technology Officer of The Med Company and has a background in Software Engineering. Zaid has more than 24 years of experience as a software engineer, team lead and as an architect in multiple organizations. Within The Med Company he is in charge of all the technical aspects, from technology selection, tools, development processes to the quality assurance.

Bashar is one of the founders and Investor of The Med Company and has a background in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering. Bashar has a broad experience (25+ years) in business development, marketing, sales and client education. Specifically, he helps and advises companies with maximizing the potential of IT and meets with clients on a regular basis to evaluate new technologies, educational opportunities and continued business growth.
